Meet Brie-Ann
Brie-Ann is a certified executive and leadership coach who left the corporate world to pursue what she now knows will be her life’s work.
Before becoming a coach, Brie-Ann built a dual career in elite sports performance and organizational leadership. She began in Division I Sports Medicine at The University of Connecticut and went on to do the same at The University of George Washington, working closely with peak-performance athletes.
She later transitioned into HR leadership roles as a business partner for high-growth tech companies and alternative investment firms. In these environments, she advised founders and senior leaders through difficult people dynamics, leadership challenges, and organizational scaling. She designed and facilitated executive operating rhythms, leadership offsites, and development programs that strengthened cross-functional execution.
While in the corporate world, Brie-Ann witnessed leaders repeatedly held back from success due to the deeper engrained patterns and individualized challenges that just wouldn’t get solved by regular methods. That’s when Brie-Ann realized she wanted to spend 100% of her time supporting leaders as a coach.
Brie-Ann coaches not only because she understands and yearns to help alleviate the pains that come with leadership, but because she believes human potential is limited only to what we each make it.
In Brie-Ann’s spare time, she can be found walking or hiking early mornings with her rescue Sheltie, “Halle Berry”, spending time with family, doing a mentally challenging workout, cooking for loved ones, or escaping to the quieter outdoors to be in nature and bird watch. Her favorite place to be is by the water and that’s what brought her back to the New Jersey shore after 10 years in New York City.
